My first impression of Wedding Star was that there was way more wedding stuff than I expected. I ended up finding heaps of little decor pieces and gift ideas all in one place, which made things so much easier. It was nice not having to jump between a bunch of different sites just to find options I liked.

I’ve bought from this brand before and usually really like their stuff, so I was happy with the items themselves. But the shipping cost felt a little hard to justify for such a small order. I still like the products, but it definitely made me think twice before checking out.

I ordered a few gift boxes they looked lovely once everything was set up. The packaging was neat and had such a nice feel to it, which made the gifts seem a little more thoughtful and special. One box had a tiny mark on it, but it really wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m really happy with how they turned out!

One item wasn’t quite the same as what I thought I’d chosen, which wasn’t the end of the world, but when it’s for wedding stuff even small differences feel a bit more frustrating. A couple of the edges weren’t absolutely perfect, but it wasn’t anything that would bother me. Overall, I’m happy with the order and I’d use them again.

The reply was clear, everything got sorted fast, and I was basically relieved like I’d just survived a major crisis.

My order did arrive okay in the end, and the product itself was fine, but the tracking updates were slow. I had to keep going back and checking multiple times, which felt like more effort than it should’ve been. For a while I wasn’t really sure where my parcel was, so the communication could definitely be better.
